The Station House, a 19th century converted railway station in Coalport, Shropshire, is set in two acres of grounds and comes with two restored train carriages

The current owners have managed to rake in £45,000 over the past 10 weeks by renting out two beautifully restored train carriages situated in the garden to holidaymakers. The business and accompanying website are also included in the sale.

The first carriage boasts three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan living and kitchen area. The second carriage features two bedrooms, each with their own en-suite, along with a kitchen and living room.

These 1960s wagons were purchased and placed on the old railway line and have been "restored with character". The original waiting room has been cleverly converted into an office, as reported by Luxury Property News.

The main property, located in Coalport, Shropshire, offers three reception rooms, four bedrooms, a detached office and two bathrooms. This quirky property is currently listed on RightMove and is being marketed by estate agents Berriman Eaton.

It's touted as "an ideal home and business opportunity in a most unique Shropshire setting".

Caroline Eaton, spokesperson for Berriman Eaton, described the property as "The property is very unique.

"Ironbridge is a World Heritage Site and is popular with walkers, cyclists, and there are lots of museums. The owners bought the property 20 years ago and are retiring.

"The business made £45,000 gross in the last two and a half months. The carriages are vintage and are very popular with Americans."
