Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is currently making every effort to make the economy of Uttar Pradesh a one -trillion dollars. From abroad to all the industrialists of the country are being invited to invest in UP, but only the officials of the department were touched in the water on the hard work of CM Yogi, whose responsibility was the department of Invest UP. As soon as CM Yogi felt this, he made a confidential investigation and trapped IAS officer Abhishek Prakash. CM Yogi has suspended Abhishek Prakash and has also arrested a collector.
In fact, Abhishek Prakash, an IAS officer of 2006 batch, is currently the Secretary of the CEO of Invest UP as well as the Secretary of the UP Evolution Development Department. They have to invest big industrialists in UP only. Recently, a solar panel company applied for investment in UP. After this, demand for commission started from this company. The company complained to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. CM Yogi formed a confidential inquiry committee. Sources say that as soon as the inquiry committee submitted its report to CM Yogi, action started.
IAS Abhishek Prakash was first suspended. Along with this, Nikant Jain, who demanded commission from the company making solar panel, was arrested. Also, preparations have been made to register an FIR, in which IAS Abhishek Prakash can be accused. Significantly, IAS Abhishek Prakash was once said to be the closest officer of CM Yogi. He was the DM of the capital Lucknow for three years. IAS Abhishek Prakash also had a charge of LDA for one year. During this time, he was also accused of corruption in the land of Defense Expo.
Actually, Bhatgaon was selected to build a defense corridor in Lucknow, then the rate of land there started touching the sky. The land mafia became active. In the area where the land was to be acquired for the corridor, the farmers were purchased at a cheaper rate. The biggest game was that the land which was in the incomplete category of lease, that is, which could not be sold, was first made transferable and then sold.
When IAS Abhishek Prakash was accused of corruption connected to the land of Defense Corridor in Bhatgaon village of Lucknow, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath got it investigated by the then President of Revenue Council to Rajneesh Dubey. This report was exposed soon after the then IAS Rajneesh Dubey retired on 31 August 2024, but since then it has not been acted upon. In the investigation of Rajneesh Dubey, Abhishek Prakash was found guilty, but the investigation report was put in a cold colony in those days.
Now after about a year, action has been taken on IAS Abhishek Prakash.
