New Paramount+ drama MobLand is set to hit our screens with a huge cast - but where was the series filmed? Produced by Guy Ritchie, the new series focuses on the battle between two London crime families, namely the Harrigans and Stevensons, within a global crime syndicate.

Fixer Harry Da Souza (Tom Hardy) is caught in the crossfire as the rivalry grows violent and dangerous. MobLand has an all-star cast with Venom and Peaky Blinders star Tom Hardy as Harry Da Souza, James Bond star Pierce Brosnan as Conrad Harrigan, The Queen's Helen Mirren as Maeve Harrigan and Small Town, Big Story's Paddy Considine as Kevin Harrigan.

The wider cast includes Downton Abbey star Joanne Froggatt as Jan Da Souza, Sherlock actress Lara Pulver as Bella Harrigan, Endeavour actor Anson Boon as Eddie Harrigan, star Mandeep Dhillon as Seraphina Harrigan and Top Boy's Jasmine Jobson as Zosia.

The 10-part series MobLand debuts on Sunday (March 30) with episodes being released weekly on Paramount+. Filming took place across 2023 and 2024, but many viewers will be wondering where MobLand was filmed.

Production for MobLand began in late 2023 in London, with filming taking place in various locations around the capital. A key filming location has been the historic Isle of Dogs in East London, with several roads closed for filming.

During the filming in East London, filming equipment was stolen from the set. Two men in a Toyota Prius reportedly pulled up, asking for directions and distracting the crew. While the team was engaged, one of the men snatched a bag full of camera equipment from the roadside and they both made a quick getaway.

It is unclear if the equipment was recovered. Beyond London, filming took place in the South West, namely Waverton House, based in Moreton-in-Marsh in Gloucestershire.

Doubling as Harrigan's family home, the stately home is seen throughout the series as Conrad Harrigan (Pierce Brosnan) sends his orders and plots against others.

Filming for MobLand also took place in Antwerp, a city in the Flanders region of Belgium.

A plot synopsis about Mobland from Paramount+ reads: "MobLand is about the Harrigans and Stevensons, two warring London crime families who clash in a kill-or-be-killed battle that threatens to topple empires and ruin lives.

"Caught in the crossfire is Harry Da Souza (Hardy), the street-smart 'fixer' as dangerous as he is handsome, who knows too well where loyalties lie when opposing forces collide.

"As kingdom goes up against kingdom, lines will be crossed - and the only saving grace is a bet-your-life guarantee: family above everything."

The series is executive produced by Keith Cox, Nina L. Diaz, David C. Glasser, Ritchie, Jez Butterworth, Ronan Bennett, Kris Thykier, Ivan Atkinson, Tom Hardy, Dean Baker, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, and Bob Yari.

Mobland will be available to watch on Paramount+.
