DRDO Apprentice Recruitment 2025: If you also want to do an apprenticeship in DRDO, then there is a great opportunity for you. The Gas Turbine Research Establishment (GTRE) of the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) has announced recruitment for apprentice posts for the academic year 2025. This is a great opportunity for the youth looking for a career in technical and non-technical fields.

The online application process has started and the last date for application has been fixed as 8 May 2025. Interested candidates have to apply by visiting the official website of NATS nats.education.gov.in.

A total of 150 posts will be recruited.

Under this recruitment drive, a total of 150 posts of apprentices will be filled in DRDO. According to the official notification issued by DRDO, the first list of shortlisted candidates will be published on 23 May 2025. Selected candidates will get a chance to do an apprenticeship for 12 months.

Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Engineering): 75 posts

Graduate Apprentice Trainee (Non-Engineering): 30 posts

Diploma Apprentice Trainee: 20 posts

ITI Apprentice Trainee: 25 posts

Educational Qualification-Age Limit

To apply, candidates must have passed graduation (engineering - BE / B.Tech), graduation (non-engineering B.Com. / B.Sc. / BA / BCA, BBA), diploma, and ITI. Apart from this, the educational qualifications of the candidates is different for each post, so candidates are advised to read the official notification before applying.

At the same time, the age of the candidates should be between 18 years to 27 years. Age relaxation will be given to reserved categories as per government rules.

How much stipend will be given every month?

Graduate Apprentice (BE/B.Tech/B.Com/BA/BBA/BCA): Rs 9000

Diploma Apprentice: Rs 8000

ITI Apprentice: Rs 7000
