In the fifth episode, Eulogy, viewers meet Phillip, a reclusive character portrayed by Paul Giamatti, whose life is turned upside down when he receives news of an ex-girlfriend's passing from decades ago.
Phillip is then contacted by bereavement company Eulogy, which offers him a unique chance to relive memories of his former love by stepping into old photographs for her funeral.

Giamatti began his on-screen journey with minor roles in TV shows and films such as NYPD Blue, Singles, Mighty Aphrodite, Sabrina, and Donnie Brasco.
