Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Bhawan and other construction workers' welfare board has given a big gift for the workers of the state. Now the process of registration to the working class to avail the schemes has been made very simple and digital. The official website of the board www.upbocw.in has been fully activated, where workers can easily register, renewal and apply through public service center or open portal.

1. Kanya Marriage Assistance Scheme

This scheme has been launched to provide financial support in the marriage of daughters of workers. Under this: ₹ 55,000 on general marriage, ₹ 61,000 on inter -caste marriage, ₹ 75,000 in mass marriage are given assistance. It is mandatory to apply within three months of marriage to get the benefit of this scheme.

2 .Sant Ravidas Planning Planning Planning

To promote education, two children of registered workers are given scholarships from class 1 to higher education. This assistance ranges from Rs 150 per month to Rs 12,000 per month.

3. Matinity, Shishu and Girls Help Scheme

Under this scheme, on the birth of a girl child, the laborer is given Rs 25,000 in cash and FD of Rs 25,000, which is given when the girl is 18 years old. At the same time, assistance of Rs 20,000 is given on the birth of a child. If institutional delivery is done, an additional Rs 6,000 also gets help.

4. Construction Worker Death and Disability Assistance Scheme

If a registered laborer is given a normal death, then the family is given financial assistance of ₹ 2 lakh and ₹ 5 lakh on accidental death. Apart from this, a provision of ₹ 25,000 has also been made for the funeral. Disability assistance is also provided in the event of accidents.
