One Piece Episode 1128 aired yesterday, and it was absolutely amazing. It was as good as somebody would expect, looking at the past couple of episodes. They did an amazing job of making Saturn's arrival feel as intense and ominous as possible. The music, the animation, the atmosphere — fans had chills the entire time! They made him look so menacing.
Toei also added small tidbits of Kuma’s backstory, and it really added to the emotions at the end. And another great piece of animation was Luffy demolishing Kizaru with that Star Gun. But if you watched till the end, you must have noticed that the preview for the next week featured all the old clips from the anime. What is that about?
A recap episode will air next week

For everyone wondering, next week is a recap episode going over everything previously shown about Bonney and Kuma to get casual fans up to speed for Episode 1129, which is coming right after the recap in two weeks.
So on May 11, we have the filler episode titled “Dr. Chopper’s Adventure Checkup - The Ballad of a Father and Daughter.” And the actual One Piece Episode 1129 titled “Kuma’s Past. A World Where You’re Better Off Dead” has been delayed and will now release on May 18 instead of May 11.
We also now know the official release dates and title cards of Episodes 1130, 1131 and 1132. Episode 1130 is titled “Erased History. The Doomed God Valley” and will release on May 25. Episode 1131 is titled “A Short Lived Happiness Kumacchi And Ginny” and will release on June 1. Episode 1132 is titled “An Oath To Ginny. Kuma Becomes A Father” and will release on June 8.
With how well the recent episodes have been handled, expectations for these next episodes are now even higher.
