The TVS Motor has once again strengthened its hold in India’s electric two -wheeler market. The company’s electric scooter TVS IQUBE remains at the peak of continuous popularity. According to data from 1 to 14 May 2025, TVS IQUBE has become the best -selling electric scooter in the country with sales of 10,569 units.

TVS EV hold in market strong

Out of a total of 43,342 electric two -wheelers sold in the first two weeks of May, TVS alone was 24%, which is 942 units more than its rival Bajaj Auto. The company’s strong manufacturing capacity and rapidly growing dealer network, the number of which has now reached 950 touchpoints, is giving it an edge in the market. TVS is constantly making aggressive expansion of its EV network.

Bajaj Chetak’s speed also faster

Bajaj Auto, who finished third in April, finished second by selling 9,627 Chetak scooters in May. The company’s market share was 22%. Bajaj has recently launched the Chetak 3503 model, priced at ₹ 1.10 lakh. The scooter comes with a 155 km range and 63 km/h top speed, giving it a good response.

Ola slipped in third place

Ola Electric, who ranked second in the first April, has slipped to third place with the sale of 8,322 units this month. Its market share is 19%. The company has recently started delivery of its S1 Gen 3 portfolio, which costs from ₹ 79,999 to ₹ 1,69,999.

Eye Energy Status

Ather Energy has secured the fourth position by selling 5,431 units in the first two weeks of May, with a market share of 13%. Ather is currently available models like 450X, 450s, RIZTA and 450 APEX. The company is busy expanding its EV network in the country rapidly.
