Application Details for Assam Polytechnic Admission

The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) in Assam has announced the opening of applications for the three-year diploma program in Engineering and Technology at the State Government Polytechnics for the academic year 2025-26. Interested candidates can submit their applications through the official website dte.assam.gov.in until June 7, 2025. Details regarding the counselling and admission dates will be provided later.


Applicants must be at least 16 years old by December 31, 2025, with no upper age limit specified. To qualify, candidates should have completed the HSLC or an equivalent examination in one attempt, ensuring that Mathematics and Science are included as mandatory subjects, without any grace marks in these subjects.
