Delhi Development Authority Recruitment 2025: Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has released a recruitment for Consultant posts, in which candidates will get a chance to work with a great salary. The authority has invited applications for recruitment to a total of 5 posts of Consultant (Landscape Architecture) for the year 2025.

Qualification: Educational Qualification

Candidates applying for the post of Consultant of Landscape Architecture in the Delhi Development Authority must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university. Along with this, a Master's degree or equivalent qualification in Landscape Architecture has also been considered necessary.

Experience

After a master's degree, the candidate must have professional experience in landscape projects. Also, good knowledge of related software like AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, 3D development software, and MS Office is required. This technical skill has been considered extremely important for the success of the job.

Age Limit and Salary

The maximum age limit of the candidates applying for this recruitment is fixed at 45 years. This age limit will be calculated based on the last date of application, i.e., 27 May 2025.

The salary structure will be decided according to the experience. Candidates who have 5 to 10 years of experience will get a salary of Rs 76,000 per month along with a travel allowance of Rs 3,000. At the same time, candidates with less than 5 years of experience will be given a salary of Rs 52,500 and a travel allowance of Rs 1,500.

The period of appointment will be initially for 1 year, which can also be extended as per the requirement and based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate.

This recruitment is being done purely on a contractual basis. It is not necessary to send any other document along with the application. These documents have to be submitted at the time of the interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview based on the application received.
