🎯 Objective of the Scheme



The Chief Minister Youth Self-Employment Scheme aims to:





  • Promote self-employment among educated but unemployed youth.




  • Reduce dependency on government jobs.




  • Support micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).




  • Create job opportunities in both rural and urban areas.




  • Give priority to women, SC/ST/OBC, minorities, and differently-abled individuals.





đź’Ľ Loan Details





  • Industry Sector: Loan up to ₹25 lakh.




  • Service Sector: Loan up to ₹10 lakh.




  • Interest: Currently minimal; soon to become interest-free.




  • Subsidy: 25% of project cost (up to ₹6.25 lakh for Industry and ₹2.5 lakh for Services).




  • Own Contribution (Margin Money):





    • General category: 10%




    • SC/ST/OBC/Minorities/Women/Disabled: 5%

  • Age: 18 to 40 years.




  • Education: Minimum 10th pass.




  • Must be a permanent resident of Uttar Pradesh.




  • Should not have availed benefits of any similar scheme earlier.




  • No history of loan default from any bank.

  • Domicile certificate (UP)




  • Caste certificate (if applicable)




  • Educational certificate (minimum 10th pass)




  • Bank passbook copy




  • Passport size photo




  • Income certificate




  • Ration card copy

  • Visit the official portal: https://www.niveshmitra.up.nic.in




  • Register with name, email ID, and phone number.




  • Login using your new credentials.




  • Choose “Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarozgar Yojana” from the service list.




  • Fill out the application form and upload required documents.




  • Submit the application online.





Your application will be forwarded to banks for verification and approval.
