Television actress Reem Shaikh , who has been winning hearts with her performances and bubbly personality, recently faced another on-set injury while filming Laughter Chefs 2 – Unlimited Entertainment. On May 23, Reem took to Instagram to share a glimpse of her injured leg, giving fans a candid update from the shoot. Alongside the picture of her bruised foot, she wrote, “Just normal thing after shooting for Laughter Chef.”
This is not the first time the Tujhse Hai Raabta actress has sustained an injury on the sets of the celebrity cooking comedy show. Last year, during the first season, Reem suffered painful burns on her face when hot sugar splattered while she was cooking. The incident left visible marks and required immediate medical attention. At the time, Reem bravely shared pictures of her injury on social media, garnering widespread support from fans and fellow actors.

In a candid conversation on Sana Khan’s podcast after the incident, Reem had opened up emotionally about the experience. “When it happened, I got scared. It was sugar, but felt like glass shards. Someone threw water on me because that sugar shouldn’t get stuck. But you shouldn’t throw water on a burnt area,” she recalled. “My friends were like family—Jannat didn’t leave my side at all. I had so many thoughts, like ‘why me’… but everyone kept me going.”
Despite the setbacks, Reem has shown resilience and professionalism, continuing to entertain audiences.
