Kiwi ice cream: In summer, it wants to eat something cold, delicious as well as healthy, and Kiwi ice cream can be a great option in this case. Vitamin C, fiber and antioxidants are found in plenty in kiwi, which are beneficial for cooling the body as well as health. Today we will tell you the easy recipe to make healthy kiwi ice cream.

Material

Ripe Kiwi – 4 (Peel and cut into pieces)
Hung Curd or Greek Yoghurt – 1 cup
Honey or Maple Syrup – 2-3 tablespoons
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp

 

Method

1-First, peel the kiwi and cut it into small pieces.
Add kiwi pieces, hung kard, honey, lemon juice and vanilla essence to the mixer/blender.
2-Blend all things well until a smooth mixture is made.
Put the 3-Taiyar mixture in an airtight container and place it in the freezer for at least 5-6 hours or overnight.
4- Take out 5 minutes before the surface so that it becomes a little soft, then scoop and serve.
5-You can also add some chopped kiwi pieces to it, which makes the texture good.
