MBSE Compartment Exam 2025 Postponed: Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) has changed the date of the HSLC and HSSLC Compartment and Improvement Exam 2025 due to torrential rains and natural disasters in the state. Now these exams will be held on 12 June 2025.

The board has also changed the date of the meeting of the center superintendents. This meeting will now be held on June 10 at 11 am. According to the official notice, "The exam schedule and meeting have been postponed due to continuous rains and natural disasters in the state."

Heavy rains have led to incidents of landslides, mudflows and stone falls in many areas including the state capital Aizawl. Schools had to be closed on May 29, May 30, and June 2, and all schools are closed even today.

Applications were sought till 20 May.

The main examinations of class 12th were conducted by the Mizoram Board of School Education (MBSE) from 14 February to 17 March 2025, while the class 10th examinations were held from 10 February to 13 March 2025. The results of these examinations have also been declared. The result of class 12th was released on 6 May 2025 and the result of class 10th was released on 29 April 2025.

For students who wanted to appear in the compartment or improvement examination, the last date for application was fixed as 20 May. Also, students were also provided with an additional facility to submit the form with a late fee of Rs 250.
