How do you manage fitness amidst a hectic acting schedule?


For me, fitness is a top priority that I refuse to compromise on. While on the set of Kumkum Bhagya, I utilize brief moments between scenes to engage in physical activities like push-ups, jumping jacks, or simply walking to keep my circulation active.


How do you adapt your workout routine to fit your unpredictable hours?


During shooting days, I split my exercise into shorter sessions throughout the day. On my days off, I dedicate more time to the gym, concentrating on strength training, conditioning, and cardiovascular workouts.


What significance does nutrition hold in your wellness routine?


Nutrition plays a vital role in my fitness journey. I always have healthy snacks on hand, ensure I stay hydrated, and practice mindful eating throughout the day. However, I also believe in moderation and enjoy an occasional cheat meal without any guilt.


How does maintaining fitness contribute to your mental health?


Staying fit gives me a sense of control over both my body and mind. It helps me remain grounded, especially in an industry that can be both physically and mentally taxing.


What motivates you to keep active despite a fluctuating schedule?


The post-workout feeling is what drives me. It’s not merely about looking good; it’s about having energy, mental clarity, and strength. Even on the busiest days, a quick workout helps me regain control and prepares me to perform at my best.


As an actor, do you feel pressured to maintain a fit appearance? How do you cope with that?


Pressure is inherent in this profession, but for me, it transcends mere appearances. It’s about being strong and feeling good. This perspective allows me to prioritize health and performance over superficial looks.


What two fitness tips would you give to beginners?


First, remember that consistency is more important than intensity—start small but stay committed. Second, strive for balance; don’t completely deprive yourself. Enjoy the process and allow for the occasional cheat meal or rest day without feeling guilty.
