Material
Ripe mango – 1 medium -sized (chopped or mashed in small pieces)
Fresh curd – 1 cup (cool)
Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp
Black salt – as per taste
White salt – a little bit
Black Pepper Powder – 4 Tsp
Mint or coriander leaf – to decorate

Method
- To make mango raita, whisk yogurt well, so that it becomes smooth and creamy. Now add chopped mango or mashed mangoes to it. You can keep it a little thick or thin as per your choice.
- Add roasted cumin, black salt, black pepper and white salt as per taste.
- Mix all the things well and keep it in the fridge for 5-10 minutes, so that it becomes cool. While serving, add mint or green coriander and decorate it.
