Mumbai: India’s second-largest IT services firm, Infosys Limited, made a significant announcement last Friday regarding its financial results. The company has revealed the date for releasing its Q1 results for the fiscal year 2026.


Board Meeting on July 22–23


Infosys has scheduled a two-day board meeting on July 22 and 23, during which it will consider and approve the financial results for the June quarter ending June 30, 2025. This quarter marks the first quarter of the financial year 2026. Subject to board approval, Infosys is expected to announce its Q1 results on Wednesday, July 23.


Results to Be Released Post-Market Hours


Since July 23 falls on a Wednesday, the markets will remain open. However, as is customary, Infosys is expected to release the results after market hours.


Infosys Share Performance


On Friday, Infosys shares closed at Rs 1,602, down by 0.42 percent. The company’s market capitalisation stood at Rs 6,67,748 crore. In terms of returns, Infosys has delivered:



  • 1 percent return over the past three months


  • 2 percent return in the past month


  • 2 percent return in the past week



Q4 FY25 Highlights


Recently, Infosys reported its Q4 results for FY25, where the consolidated net profit declined by 11.7 percent to Rs 7,033 crore. However, the revenue from operations rose by 8 percent year-on-year, reaching Rs 40,925 crore.


Final Dividend Update


Infosys also announced a final dividend of Rs 22 per share along with its Q4 results. The record date for the dividend was May 30, 2025, and the payment date is set for June 30, 2025.
