Users are unable to use mobile internet. Apart from this, repeated call drop problems are also faced. However, only a few users are being affected by the outage.

According to the dowdatector, 12,334 users filed a complaint about Jio till the news, in which 57 percent of users have complained about problems with mobile internet, while 32 percent of users have claimed that their mobile connectivity is not going well. Apart from this, 11 percent of users are facing problems with JioFiber.

Jio Down in Kerala

Many users reported the outage on the social media platform X. According to the report mentioned by users, Reliance Jio users in Kerala are having trouble reaching the Jio service.

A user commented that “Is Jio Network down in Kerala or is it only with me?”

The other users commented that “#Jio Network is down. Just using a SIM, especially Jio, is such that driving in high range area without steepney.”

The other user commented that “Jio network has been down in Kerala, India for the last 10 minutes. The phone is not registering on the network. Is there a cyber attack?”

However, Reliance Jio has not yet released any official statement about the service being closed.
