The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has initiated traffic trials for two tunnels that will link the Dwarka Expressway to the Delhi-Jaipur Expressway. This development is expected to significantly enhance the real estate landscape in the area. The 5.1 km tunnel system is designed to alleviate congestion at the Mahipalpur junction, facilitating smoother travel between Delhi and Gurugram.

Spanning 29 km, the expressway aims to decrease the traffic load on NH-8 by approximately 50-60%. The project includes 23 km of elevated roads and 4 km of tunnels. Its direct connections to Indira Gandhi International Airport, the Southern Peripheral Road, and the India International Convention Centre are already igniting a surge in real estate activity.
