Delhi Metro Doctor Recruitment 2025: If you want to work with Delhi Metro, then this is a good opportunity. Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) needs doctors. Recently, DMRC has released recruitment for the post of Consultant Doctor. Its notification is available on the official website of Delhi Metro, delhimetrorail.com.

Under this recruitment, recruitment will be done for two posts. One of these posts is located in Ajronda Staff Quarters, Delhi, and the other post is located in Mundka Staff Quarters, Delhi. That is, one consultant doctor will be appointed at both places. Candidates can apply for this recruitment till 11 July 2025. The selection process is also quite straightforward.

Who can apply?

This recruitment has been released for the post of Consultant Doctor (General Physician). The candidate applying for this post should have an MBBS degree from a recognized university, which is recognized by MCI (Medical Council of India). Along with this, the applicant must be registered with the Delhi Medical Council (DMC).

If a candidate has a post-graduation degree in General Medicine, then they can also apply for this post. Apart from this, applicants who have prior experience working in a Public Sector Unit (PSU) will be given priority in the selection process.

The maximum age of the applying candidate should not be more than 65 years as of 30 June 2025. If you fall within the prescribed educational qualification and age limit, then you are eligible to apply for this post.

Selection Process

In this recruitment, candidates will be selected based on personal interviews. The applications will be scrutinized first and the interviews of the shortlisted candidates can be conducted in the first week of August. The date and venue of the interview will be informed by DMRC in time.

Salary and Tenure

The Consultant Doctor will be paid Rs 2300 per hour. This appointment will be made on a contractual basis and the initial tenure will be of 3 years. If the performance is satisfactory, this period can be extended for another 3 years.
