Punjab National Bank Specialist Officer Result OUT: Punjab National Bank (PNB) has released the result of the written examination of Specialist Officer (SO) Recruitment 2025 on the official website pnbindia.in. Candidates who appeared in the exam can now download the result PDF file. In this list, 1836 candidates have been shortlisted who will now participate in the next stage.

Recruitment is being done for 350 posts.

Under this recruitment process, a total of 350 Specialist Officer posts are to be filled across the country. Candidates with educational qualifications like B.Tech, BE, CA, MBA, PGDM, and MCA were eligible for these posts. The application process was completed between March 3 and March 24, 2025.

What will be the next step after the written examination?

The candidates whose names have appeared in the shortlisted list will now be called for an interview round, document verification, and medical examination. It will be mandatory for the selected candidates to fulfill all the required eligibility before appointment.

Personal Interview: Candidates who qualify for the written examination will be invited for an interview. During this, they will be asked questions related to banking and related fields so that their expertise, thinking ability, and suitability for the post can be evaluated.

Final Selection: The final selection of the candidates will be done as per the merit list prepared based on marks obtained in the online examination and interview. For some special posts, if applications are received in fewer numbers, then selection may also be possible based on interviews only.
