The actor made a big change in his eating habit for weight loss. The actor told that during his weight loss journey, he took meals only twice a day. He used to take the first meal at 10:30 in the morning. After this, he used to take the second meal at 6:30 in the evening. Apart from this, he did not take any other meal. This is also the principle of intermittent fasting, which has become increasingly popular among people for weight management.


Avoid snacks


To lose weight, people often stop eating. But their love for snacks remains intact. They often consume snacks when they feel hungry during the day. The actor told that he completely stayed away from snacks. He followed this rule strictly. The actor told that he especially stayed away from high calorie processed food. This helped in controlling the blood sugar of the body along with effective weight loss.

16/8 is a very popular method of intermittent fasting. This means that you can fast for 16 hours and eat for 8 hours. During the 16-hour fast, you do not have to take solid food. You can only take liquids like water, tea, coffee or lemonade. You can also take healthy liquids. This cycle can be repeated daily or for a few days in a week. 16-hour fast increases ketosis in the body, which leads to weight loss.
