Kajol 's horror film Maa, directed by Vishal Furia, released in theatres on Friday, June 27 and received a good reception at the box office. The film that is said to be the second movie, in what is now known as Ajay Devgn 's horror universe, opened to an impressive Rs 4.5 crore collection.
To celebrate the actress and the film's release, Ajay dropped a rare appreciation post for his wife, leaving the fans in swooning over their bond. The actor posted two photos of himself looking affectionately at Kajol. The other photo saw them both striking a post for the camera, exuding warmth and elegance. "Always in awe of her" is what Ajay best described his emotional expression in the post.

The social media post instantly went viral with fans flooding the comments section. “Best couple of all time," wrote one fan. Another added, “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi," while many others called them a “beautiful pair" and praised their loving and enduring relationship.
After Shaitaan, Kajol's Maa, is the second movie in Devgn's horror universe. On an interesting note, Shaitaan is expected to have a sequel lined up soon. Maa blends mythology, horror, action, and emotion — and early reviews suggest Kajol has delivered one of her finest performances to date.
The film managed to score a good box office performance, despite facing stiff competition from the other big-ticket releases like the south film 'Kannappa' which earned an impressive Rs 9 crore on Day 1 and the Hollywood film 'F1' starring Brad Pitt in the lead.
