The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has issued a notification for Specialist Officer Recruitment (IBPS SO Recruitment 2025/ CRP SPL-XV) and the application process has started today i.e. 1st July 2025. Candidates who want to get a government job in the bank and fulfill the eligibility for this recruitment can apply through online mode within the stipulated dates. The last date for filling out the form and depositing the fee has been fixed as 21st July 2025.

Who can apply

Different qualifications have been fixed according to the post to participate in this recruitment. According to the notification, the candidates should have obtained a 4-year degree in the relevant field / a post-post-graduation degree in the relevant field / a full-time post-graduation degree/diploma, etc. as per the post.

Apart from educational qualification, the minimum age of the candidate should not be less than 20 years and the maximum age should not be more than 30 years i.e. the candidate should not have been born before 2 July 1995 and after 1 July 2005. However, candidates coming from reserved categories have been given relaxation at the above age.

Now on the new portal, first you have to register by clicking on Click here for New Registration and filling in the required details.

After registration, the candidates should upload other details, signatures, photographs, etc.

Finally, the candidates should deposit the prescribed fee take a printout of the filled form, and keep it safe.

Application fee
In this recruitment, along with the application, candidates from all other categories will have to deposit Rs 850 as an application fee, while the fee for SC, ST, and PH categories has been fixed at Rs 175.
