The court, along with its order, has also written a letter to Senior Superintendent of Police Gorakhpur asking to ensure that Ram Bhual Nishad should appear in the court in the next appearance. The MP is accused of misusing him by obtaining arms license on the basis of fake documents.
The person whose name he was using weapons is named Bechu Yadav, who is a resident of Mundera Babu village of Barhalganj police station area of the district, the gun license was issued in the year 1996 in his name. Even after the death of Bechu Yadav, Ram Bhual Nishad was using his weapon.
On 25 January 2020, a case was filed at Barhalganj police station on the Tahrir of Sunil Kumar Gupta, the arms clerk of District Magistrate Gorakhpur Office. The police was investigating the case and after a compilation of evidence, he presented the charge sheet in the court.
MP Sultanpur Ram Bhual was not appearing in the court since the hearing of the case started. This is the reason that on Friday evening, the Additional Chief Justice Magistrate’s court took cognizance of this and considered it a judicial contempt and issued a non -bailable warrant against the MP.
With the issuance of non -bailable warrant (NBW), Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Gyanendra Kumar has issued such a letter from Senior Superintendent of Police Gorakhpur in this case, such a letter has been issued in this case. Since then, the SP MP’s camp has to increase restlessness. They will have to appear in the court in this case.
