BLACKPINK Jennie called out for ‘mistreating’ staff

Videos of the idol have been making the rounds online ever since the group commenced on their world tour ‘DEADLINE’, while the idols have been praised for having an amazing stage presence and for performing one hit after another effortlessly, Jennie has been at the forefront of massive backlash.
Videos of the star ‘mistreating’ the crew members present at the venue have recently gone viral. In some of the videos, it can be seen that staff members were trying to help the ‘Like JENNIE’ singer with her footwear. Jennie can be seen being ‘rude’ to the staff members.






During the wardrobe malfunction, the star had to sit down in the corner of the stage during her performance while the rest of the members held the fort down. While this did not stop her from singing and smiling at fans, it was her reaction towards the staff and crew members trying to help her with her shoes that caused massive backlash online.
Netizens react to viral videos

As soon as videos from the show started showing up online, fans and netizens alike started criticising the idol for her behaviour. While a lot of people came to her defense and pointed out how she was only showing how to tie the shoelace to the staff members.






Many others countered, saying that, allegedly, in the videos, Jennie can be seen screaming at the staff members and rudely pointing at things instead. One netizen commented, “If you don't like how they do it, do it yourself! There's no need to yell at them!”, while another shared that “She’s always so rude towards staff, Then Do it yourself b****, they are trying their best while you’re just standing there yelling at rolling your eyes”.
