Required material
Mushroom – 200 grams (Clean half cut)
Flour – 3 Table Spoon
Corn Floor – 2 Table Spoon
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – as per taste
Ginger-garlic paste-1 tsp
Oil – to fry
For gravy (if you want to make):
Onion – 1 (finely chopped)
Green Chilli – 2 (chopped)
Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)
Soya Sauce – 1 Table Spoon
Red Chile Sauce – 1 Table Spoon
Tomato ketchup – 1 table spoon
Vinegar – 1 teaspoon
Ginger-garlic-1-1 teaspoon (finely chopped)
How to make Mushroom Manchurian
Method of frying mushrooms: First of all, make a batter by mixing maida, corn floor, salt, pepper and some water. Now add clean mushrooms to it and coat well. Heat oil in the pan and fry the mushrooms until it becomes crisp. Remove the fried mushrooms on the tissue paper.
Prepare Manchurian Sauce: Heat 1 table spoon of oil in a pan. Add ginger-garlic, green chillies and onion and fry it lightly. Now add capsicum and fry for 1-2 minutes. Then add soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Add 2-3 tablespoons of water and mix the sauce well.
Last Process: Now put the fried mushrooms in the finished sauce and stir on high flame for 2 minutes. Garnish with coriander or green onion. Mushroom Manchurian is ready to serve.
