Hui , a member of the K-pop group Pentagon , recently suffered from a major fracture. The idol will officially be halting all activities until further notice in order to recover as quickly as possible. The singer, who was currently filming for a variety show, will also halt the shoot in order to take care of himself.
Pentagon’s Hui sustains injuries during a shoot

As per reports from Soompi, the idol’s management agency issued an update about the matter on June 10. The singer, while filming a ball game for the ongoing popular variety show ‘ The Gentlemen’s League 4 ’, ended up injuring himself during a ball game. The member suffered from a nasal fracture, though received medical care soon after and was even rushed to a nearby hospital to begin treatment as well.
His company’s statement read that, “Hui sustained a nasal bone fracture. He was immediately taken to the hospital for treatment and has been advised by medical professionals to take sufficient rest and focus on recovery”.
They also announced that he will be halting all activities for now, citing “In accordance with the doctor’s opinion, starting today, Hui will be temporarily halting all scheduled activities, including his participation in 'The Gentlemen’s League 4', to prioritise treatment and rest”.
The statement concluded with the note saying that the company is sorry for any inconvenience caused due to the sudden matter. They shared that, “We sincerely apologise for causing concern with this sudden news. Our agency will do everything we can to ensure that our artist can focus on his recovery, with his health as our top priority”.
