NBEMS has warned the students appearing for NEET PG 2025 to be cautious of fake notices and false messages. The board has said that confirm the real information only from the official website or QR code.

If you are preparing for NEET PG 2025, then this news is very important for you. The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has given a strict warning to lakhs of candidates appearing in NEET PG regarding fake information. The board has clearly said that be cautious of fake notices and misleading information being spread through means like social media, email, SMS or WhatsApp.

According to NBEMS, in recent times, messages related to false results, rankings or promises of getting good marks are being sent to many candidates, which have nothing to do with the truth. All these information are completely fake and misleading. The board has cautioned candidates not to fall prey to such frauds and not to share their personal information or money with anyone.

How to identify a genuine notice?

NBEMS has said that since July 2020, every official notice issued by the board includes a QR code. On scanning this QR code, candidates directly reach the relevant notice page of the official website of NBEMS. In this way, they can check whether the information they have received is genuine or not.

If a candidate receives any such message, call or mail promising good marks or rank increase, then ignore it immediately and check its information by visiting the NBEMS website.

Get information only from the official website

The board has also said that for any kind of information, updates or assistance, candidates should only use the official website of NBEMS https://natboard.edu.in or https://nbe.edu.in. Do not contact any agent or broker who tries to take money or personal information from you by making false promises.
