SIDBI Eligibility: This should be the qualification and age

Assistant Manager Grade 'A': Must have a graduation degree with 60% marks in Commerce, Economics, Math, Statistics, Business Administration, or Engineering. Those with a CS, CA, MBA, or PGDM degree can also apply. For this, the age should be between 21 and 30 years.

Manager Grade 'B' (General, Legal, IT): For these posts, one should have a graduation degree with 60% marks and 5 years of work experience. An LLB degree is required for a legal post, and a Computer Science or IT-related engineering degree is required for an IT post. The age limit for Manager Grade 'B' is 25 to 33 years.

SIDBI Exam: The Exam will be conducted in two phases

The selection process for this recruitment of SIDBI will be based on a written examination (Phase 1 and Phase 2) and an interview. The Phase 1 exam is likely to be held on 6 September 2025 and the Phase 2 exam on 4 October 2025.
