  • Clean the face and body twice a day.
  • Keep the skin hydrated. Apply light, non-tickery moisturizer.
  • Take a bath with lukewarm water and take steam from time to time so that the pores remain open.
  • Diameter with oily foods like French fries, samosas.
  • Do not touch the face without cleaning hands, especially before applying a product.
  • Wear cotton and loose clothes so that the skin can breathe.
  • Keep the excessive sweat parts (eg adjacent, waist, thigh) dry.
