Small Industries Development Bank of India (SIDBI) has started the application process for recruitment to the posts of Officer Grade-A and Grade-B. Interested candidates can apply online by visiting the official website of SIDBI, sidbi.in. The last date for application is 14 August 2025. A total of 76 posts will be filled through this recruitment drive, which includes Grade-A (General and Specialist Stream) and Grade-B officers.
Who can apply?
To apply for Grade-A posts, the minimum age of the candidate should be 21 years and maximum 30 years. At the same time, the minimum age for Grade-B has been fixed at 25 years and maximum 33 years. As per the government rules, age relaxation will also be given to reserved categories - SC/ST category will get 5 years and OBC category will get 3 years relaxation.
What should be the educational qualification?
For Grade-A post, the candidate should have a graduation degree with at least 60 percent marks in Commerce, Economics, Maths, Administration or Engineering from a recognized university. Candidates who are Company Secretary or Chartered Accountant can also apply. At the same time, to apply for Grade-B posts, it is necessary to have a graduation or postgraduate degree in any subject.
How will the selection process be?
Candidates will be selected in three phases. In the first phase (Phase-1) exam, 200 multiple choice questions of 200 marks will be asked from subjects like English, Reasoning, Quantitative Aptitude, Computer Knowledge and General Awareness. The time limit of the exam will be 120 minutes. Successful candidates in the first phase will be called for Phase-2 exam. After this, the final selection will be done through interview.
