He revealed that he will serve as the legal guardian of the entire haunted collection for the next five years, including the infamous Annabelle doll. Teaming up with his friend Elton Castee, Rife expressed his lifelong fascination with the paranormal and his love for The Conjuring films, calling it an honor to take over one of the most iconic sites in supernatural history. Acknowledging the Warrens' influence in bringing demonology and haunted lore into the mainstream, he also announced plans to open the property for overnight stays and guided museum tours to share its chilling legacy with the public.
