Health Desk. Liver is an important part of our body, which is not only helpful in digestion, but also works to remove toxins, filter blood, and accumulate essential nutrients. But when the liver inflammation (hepatitis or liver inflammation) comes, it can gradually affect the entire functioning of the body.
1. Constant fatigue and weakness
If there is constant fatigue feeling without any particular reason or the body remains lethargic, then it can be a sign of inflammation in the liver. If the liver does not function properly, the body does not get enough energy.
2. Pain or heaviness in the upper abdominal
The liver is located in the right upper part of the body. If this part feels mild pain, swelling or discomfort, it can be a gesture of liver problems. This pain may often remain slow but frequent.
3. Loss of appetite and nausea
Liver inflammation also affects digestion. If the appetite seems to be less, anorexia from food or a problem of repeated nausea, then it may indicate that the liver is not working normally.
4. Skin and eyes yellow
When there is inflammation in the liver and it is unable to process Bilirubin properly, the skin and eye color starts turning yellow. This is a sign of jaundice, which can be a serious sign of liver disease.
5. Dark colored urination
If the color of urine is deeper than normal and it persists for a long time, it may be a sign of inflammation in the liver or a decrease in any kind of functionality.

If one or more symptoms of the above are constantly visible, immediately contact a gastroenterologist or liver specialist. Liver inflammation can be controlled by testing and treatment at the right time.
