The latest episode of Kaun Banega Crorepati season 2 starts with the Virani's relishing the delicious pakoros cooked by the men of the house. All the family members have a happy time as they enjoy snacks together. Later, Tulsi receives a call from Nandini, who expresses how much she misses them. Nandini inquires about the preparations for Pari’s engagement, and Tulsi shares her concern about Ajay’s mother’s behavior towards Pari.
Meanwhile, Viren storms into Nitin’s house and assaults him for leaking his sketch to the Viranis. He demands that Nitin, Vrinda, and her mother return the Rs 5 lakhs he had given as a bribe. However, Nitin’s mother lies, claiming she has already spent the money. Viren warns them of severe consequences if the Viranis get hold of his sketch, then leaves in a rage. After he leaves, Vrinda’s mother slaps her for helping Tulsi uncover the real culprit. She stops her education, and throws her books out of the house in anger.
Vrinda calls up Tulsi and informs her about everything and how Viren has learnt about the sketch. She also informs her about Viren's warning to them. Tulsi calms Vrinda's down and assures her nothing will happen to her family. She requests her to visit the sketch artists’ office and get the print of the sketch.
In the US, Nandini grows concerned for Tulsi and tells Shobha that Tulsi needs their support. However, Karan explains that he is unable to return to India because of his business commitments.
Pari's engagement ceremony begins and the Viranis welcome Ajay and his family at Shanti Niketan. Viren inappropriately touches Munni while handing over things that they got as shagun. She feels uncomfortable and leaves from there. Soon after, Ajay and Pari's engagement begins. Ajay's mother proudly displays the gifts she has brought for Pari, but in the midst of the celebration, the diamond necklace set mysteriously disappears from the tray.
Ajay’s mother becomes anxious and ultimately accuses Munni of taking the necklace. Tulsi defends Munni, but Pari requests permission to search her. Refusing to single anyone out, Tulsi insists that everyone in the house should be checked instead. The episode comes to an end.
