Rocky , formerly a member of the popular K-pop group ASTRO , has been busy with his solo schedule for the past year or so, touring around Asia . The idol recently sat down for an interview to share his experiences over the past year.
Rocky opens up about being on tour and working as a solo artist
In an interview with Allkpop, the singer got open and candid about his past tour, and even shared his ambitions about what he is planning for the future. While talking about “filling the stage” on his own and preparing for his first solo tour on his own, he shared that the experience has been on a journey, and he has realised that he should consider his audience as well when preparing for a performance. He added on, saying that, “As I've done that, I've developed the know-how to create those kinds of performances. I've been thinking about this a lot, wondering, ‘How can I deliver a better performance each time?’”
He also shared how, in order to ensure that he has full focus during his performances, he does a lot of stretching and keeps thinking to himself, “I just want to complete the stage”.
Rocky talks about his growth in the past years

The singer also delved into how he has grown as a person. While talking about this, Rocky shared that he believes he has been growing slowly over time; however, he is still satisfied and happy with what he has managed to achieve. He also shared, “I felt I had nothing to brag about because I had no solo experience. But as I started going on different programs and even winning, I've been able to develop and see my growth as an artist”.
As for what he wants to achieve in the future, the singer emphasised how he wants to focus on his tour and perform at more venues with full confidence.
