UPI Payment: UPI (Unified Payments Interface) has made digital payment extremely easy, but along with this, the problem of transfer of money to wrong account has also become common. Many times people accidentally send money to the wrong UPI ID or account, and refuses to return the front amount or do not respond. In such cases, customers no longer need to be disturbed, as the new guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) have opened the way to get the money back within 24 to 48 hours.
According to the RBI guideline, if the wrong UPI transaction is done then the customer will have to file a complaint immediately. There are three easy ways available for this:
If the money has gone to the wrong account by mistake, then first try to contact the person who has reached the money. Request him to return the money by sending a screenshot of the payment. Many times the front immediately returns the money. If this does not happen and he refuses or does not respond, it is necessary to file a complaint immediately.
RBI has made it clear that the customer’s money is its priority. So now the investigation starts as soon as a complaint is filed on any wrong transaction and the money can return to the customer’s account within 24 to 48 hours.
The solution is to file a complaint immediately instead of panic in the event of wrong UPI transaction. On adopting the correct process, customers can get their money safe and quickly back. But in a hurry, the wrong decision can also be read heavy for those who do economic and monthly damage in the coming times.
