The state government has made arrangements for 106 relief centers and kitchens for them.

There is a possibility of heavy rain in Andhra Pradesh in the next 24 hours. The weather department has issued a red alert in Prakasam, Nellore, Cuddapah, Annamayya, Tirupati and Chittoor districts. According to IMD, these districts may receive more than 20 cm of rain in the next 24 hours. Apart from this, orange alert has been issued in Kurnool, Nandyal, Anantapur and Sri Satyasai districts, where 11 to 20 cm rainfall is expected. State Home Minister Vangalapudi Anita reviewed the situation with disaster management officials and appealed to the people to avoid unnecessary travel. On the other hand, the weather has also changed in the higher areas of Himachal Pradesh. Lahaul-Spiti district and upper areas of Manali received snowfall on Wednesday, which increased the cold. There is a wave of happiness among the people associated with tourism business due to snowfall.
