Haryana: Big news is coming out from Haryana. Work is underway on the plan to create new districts in Haryana. According to the information, the government is preparing to announce the 23rd district on Haryana Day on November 1, 2025.

According to the information received, the proposal of 10 districts is under consideration with the government, these include Assandh, Pataudi, Dabwali, Hansi and Gohana. Sources say that first of all the announcement will be made to make any one of Gohana, Hansi and Dabwali a district. The rest will be decided after the census. Haryana New District

According to the information, till now the Reorganization Sub-Committee has received 73 proposals. These include proposals to create 10 new districts, 14 sub-divisions, 4 tehsils and 27 sub-tehsils. For a new district, it is necessary to have 125 to 200 villages, more than 4 lakh population and more than 80 thousand hectares of area. According to the information received, the committee has met and set different criteria for creating sub-division, tehsil and sub-tehsil. According to the information received, a meeting was held recently regarding the reorganization of administrative units. It was presided over by Cabinet Minister Krishna Lal Panwar. The minister had said that the government is committed to reorganizing the administrative units as per the demands of the public and public representatives. According to the information, Education Minister Mahipal Dhanda and Agriculture Minister Shyam Singh Rana were also present as members in this 5th meeting of the Reorganization Sub-Committee. According to the information, Haryana became a separate state on 1 November 1966. There were 7 districts then. These included Ambala, Jind, Hisar, Mahendragarh, Gurugram, Karnal and Rohtak. Haryana New District

According to the information received, Bhiwani and Sonipat in 1972, Kurukshetra in 1973, Sirsa in 1975, Faridabad in 1979, Yamunanagar, Kaithal, Rewari, Panipat in 1989, Panchkula in 1995, Fatehabad in 1996, Jhajjar in 1997, Nuh in 2005, Nuh in 2008. Palwal, Charkhi Dadri was made a district in 2016.
