According to Dikr Panchang, the first lunar eclipse of the new year will take place on March 03. This day will be the full moon of Phalgun month. There is also a coincidence of Holi. People will be able to see this eclipse in India. This will be a partial lunar eclipse. The duration of this lunar eclipse will be only 20 minutes. This eclipse will start at 06:26 pm and will last till 06:46 pm.

The first lunar eclipse of the year on March 03 will be visible in India as well as in many countries like Asia, Australia, North and South America. Since this eclipse will be visible in India, its Sutak period will also be valid here.
