Apart from this, the company is also planning to issue about 67,97,000 warrants, the total value of which is around Rs 160 crore. In future, these warrants can be converted into shares, which will lead to a big increase in the capital of the company. The company has also proposed to increase its borrowing limit to Rs 1,000 crore.
Tremendous jump of 900% in 5 years
The biggest news for investors is that Swaraj Suiting has given almost 900% returns in the last 5 years. This means that the person who invested money 5 years ago, his amount would have increased 9 times.
Recently, amid the news, the stock jumped by about 2.5% and closed at Rs 279. Even in just one month it has given a return of about 44%. The ROE of the company is around 24% and the PE ratio is also at an attractive level, which makes it stronger in the eyes of investors.

This company is active in the textile sector and manufactures fabrics like denim and cotton. All the steps like yarn dyeing, weaving and finishing are done in-house in their factories, due to which the quality control remains strong. Besides, it also supplies clothes to many big brands.
