On December 17, the weather will be clear and dry in Uttar Pradesh including Lucknow. The temperature will be between 9-25 degrees, fog will be seen in rural areas in the morning. According to the Meteorological Department, after December 20, due to change in wind, the cold will increase both day and night.

Lucknow Weather Today 17th Dec: Cold and fog have started in Uttar Pradesh since the beginning of December. After the sun sets, the pain of cold increases and continues till the sun rises in the morning. According to the Meteorological Department, on December 17, the weather will be clear and dry in most of the cities of UP including the capital Lucknow. The temperature will remain between 9 to 25 degrees Celsius. Fog will be seen in rural areas in the morning, which will affect visibility. In UP, there will be dense fog in the morning in Prayagraj, Kanpur, Lucknow, Etawah, Barabanki, Saharanpur.

Cold will increase in UP after December 20

According to the Meteorological Department, there may be a drop of about 2 degrees Celsius in the minimum temperature in North-West India in the next two days. However, after December 20, a big change can be seen in the weather. During this time the wind direction will change and easterly winds will blow. Due to this, not only the night but also the day temperature will drop and the chill will increase. From December 17 to 20, many states of North-East India including UP may remain covered in fog.
