A total of 17 positions will be filled across different departments under this recruitment drive. The application process has started, and interested candidates can fill out the form on NABARD's official website www.nabard.org until January 2, 2026.


Which departments of NABARD will have vacancies?


This NABARD recruitment drive is for several departments, including RMD, DOR, DIT, DEAR, and DDMABI. These positions include specialist roles such as Additional Chief Risk Manager, Risk Manager, Producer Organization, Senior Consultant, Developer, Project Manager, and Financial Analyst. All positions will be filled on a contract basis. A unique aspect of this recruitment is that the age limit is determined according to the post. The minimum age for different positions is 28 years, and the maximum age is 62 years. This means that it's a great opportunity for experienced candidates to work at NABARD.


What will be the salary and qualifications?


Selected candidates for NABARD specialist positions will receive an excellent salary. Depending on the post, the monthly salary will range from Rs. 1.50 lakh to Rs. 3.85 lakh.  The contract duration will be 2 years, which can be extended for another 3 years. The qualifications for specialist positions vary depending on the post. For the Additional Chief Risk Manager position, the candidate must be a graduate or postgraduate. Along with this, a degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, MBA, PGDM, CA, or CS, and at least 10 years of banking experience are required. For Risk Manager and Market Risk-related positions, a Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering with 5 years of experience is necessary. Furthermore, there will be no written examination in this recruitment process. Candidates will be shortlisted for interviews based on their qualifications and experience. The final list will be prepared only after the interviews.

  • To apply, candidates must first register on the official NABARD website, www.nabard.org.

  • After registering, log in and fill in all the required information in the application form.

  • Then, scan and upload your photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration.

  • General and other category candidates will have to pay an application fee of Rs. 850. The application fee for SC, ST, and PWD candidates is Rs. 150.

  • Finally, after submitting the form, you must take a printout and keep it safe for your records.
