New Delhi: The Himachal Pradesh Board of School Education has declared the HPBOSE Himachal Pradesh State Open School (HPSOS) result 2025 for Class 8, 10 and 12. A total of 19, 174 students qualified the exam. The HPSOS September 2025 result can be checked online through the official website, hpbose.org or via Digi Locker.

A total of 265 students appeared for the HPSOS Class 8 exam, out of which 174 passed. The overall pass percentage recorded for Class 8 is 65.66 per cent. For Class 10, 9,428 students attempted the paper out of which 5,985 passed. While 3,018 were placed in the reappear category. The overall pass percentage is at 63.48 per cent.

In the Class 12 exam, 9,481 candidates appeared. Of these, 6,139 students successfully passed the exam, 2,934 were declared reappear, and 91 students applied for re-evaluation. The overall pass percentage for the HP SOS September 2025 Class 12 open school exam stands at 64.75 per cent.

HPBOSE SOS exam paper revaluation, rechecking

For HPSOS Class 10, 12 papers revaluation or Class 8, 10 and 12 papers rechecking students can submit the online applications through the respective HPSOS Study Centres The last date to submit the application is January 7, 2026. The fee for re-evaluation is Rs 1,000 per subject and Rs 800 per subject for re-checking.

The reappearing students or those who have passed the exam and want to appear in the reappear or improvement exam for the March 2026 session can apply online through their HPSOS study centres. The application process will start on December 27, 2025. The last date to apply without a late fee is January 12, 2026.
