Adam Peaty and Holly Ramsay are married - with the pair walking hand in hand down the steps of Bath Abbey amid one of the most closely-watched celebrity weddings in years. In attendance today were many of the great and good of the British showbiz world, among them the Beckham family including David and Victoria.
However, controversially Adam's mum Caroline and dad Mark did not attend after a series of relatives were dramatically uninvited from the big day. Guests entered the historic Bath Abbey in Somerset today under tight security measures, with many guests including Adam himself having to be escorted in by guards.
Gordon Ramsay later appeared with his daughter and smiled as he walked her into the historic venue to marry Olympic swimmer Adam. Moments before going in he shared a message on Instagram reading: "I’m truly so lucky being able to walk this beautiful bride down the aisle and gaining an incredible son in law". He added that he "couldn't be a prouder dad."

The famously sweary chef, 58, was on his best behaviour, beaming with joy ahead of the midday ceremony, holding Holly's hand as the pair went into the wedding through two grand wooden doors.
Huge numbers of people turned out to see the couple get married in the post-Christmas ceremony, with a huge crowd photographed at the door of the venue with security guards seeking to control the crowds.
The couple are due to celebrate with a glamorous reception later this afternoon at the Kin House country estate in Wiltshire. But while the day will be star-studded, there was little representation from Adam's family after his mum Caroline was reportedly 'disinvited'.
Adam's parents, Caroline and Mark Peaty, are believed to be missing from the wedding after a bitter fallout with their son over certain aspects of the nuptials. Tensions are thought to have escalated after Adam's mum was not invited to Holly's hen party.
Caroline, 60, last night spoke out ahead of the wedding, telling the Mail: "I don’t think they understand how much they have hurt me; it’s as if they have cut my heart out.
"This is the first Christmas that I’ve not had my family together – my family is broken. Yes, I have my other grandchildren. Yes, I have my other children, but my family is split because of the goings on…because of the wedding."
