Grand religious events are being organized in Ayodhya on the second anniversary of Ramlala's death. There will be special rituals at the Ram temple on Pratistha Dwadashi, which will be attended by Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath.

Special religious rituals are being organized in the Ram temple complex on the occasion of the second anniversary of the death of Lord Shri Ram Lalla. This event is being organized on the auspicious occasion of Pratistha Dwadashi.

Organization of five-day festival, starting from December 27

The five-day festival has been launched by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust from December 27. The main function of this festival will be held on Wednesday. On this special occasion, the country's Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will attend as the chief guest, while Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also make a dignified presence in the program.

Pratistha Dwadashi: Religious tradition and significance of the date

The consecration of Lord Shri Ram Lalla took place on 22 January 2024 on Paush Shukla Dwadashi date. According to the Hindu calendar, this date is celebrated as Pratistha Dwadashi. In the year 2025, this holy date is falling on 31st December.

Rituals being conducted under the supervision of Jagadguru Madhvacharya

According to the Trust, all the religious rituals are being performed under the supervision of Jagadguru Madhvacharya ji. These days, musical recitation of Ramcharitmanas, Ramkatha discourse, bhajan-kirtan and cultural programs are being organized continuously in the Ram temple complex. For the convenience of the devotees, grand pandals have been made at Angad Tila.

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh's visit to Ayodhya

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will reach Ayodhya at around 11 am on Wednesday. He will visit and worship Ramlala in the Ram temple complex, hoist the flag on the peak of Maa Annapurna temple and participate in religious rituals organized in the Ram temple. During this time, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also be present with him. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will welcome the Defense Minister at Ayodhya Airport.

Both the leaders will address the public from Angad Tila

After the religious programs, Rajnath Singh and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will also address the public at Angad Tila. This address will be a center of special attraction for devotees and common citizens.

Ramnagari is resonating with the slogan of Jai Shri Ram

The entire city of Ayodhya is echoing with the slogan of “Jai Shri Ram”. Lakhs of devotees are reaching Ayodhya to have darshan of Ramlala. Tight security arrangements, smooth darshan management and special administrative arrangements have been made for the safety and convenience of the devotees.
