Pushpa had constructed a big complex there, while Devaraju owned the land. However, Yash’s mother Pushpa has denied his allegations. Following the court order, complainant Devaraju has vacated the premises from the possession of Pushpa. Devaraju had been making rounds of the court for a long time to get his land vacated.
