Obtain the application form for a duplicate ration card and fill it carefully. Along with the application, submit a copy of the FIR from the police, photographs of family members, an Aadhaar card, and other necessary documents. Some states may also charge a fee for this. After submitting the documents, your application will be accepted. Generally, within a few days, the officials will inform you that your new card is ready.
