New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi interacted with students during Pariksha Pe Charcha 2026 episode 2 that was telecast on YouTube today. In the episode, the prime minister can be seen stressing the need to understand technology and ensure that it adds value to daily work and learning.

Stressing how students should take help from Artificial Intelligence, he stated that AI should not be seen as a threat if used wisely, and cautioned students against allowing technology to control their lives.

‘We will have to understand technology and make sure that it adds value to our work, if this happens, we should not be scared of AI,’ he said. Cautioning against excessive dependence on gadgets, the Prime Minister noted that technology and mobile phones should remain tools, not masters, adding that some children today do not eat food unless they are watching a smartphone.

Students’ contribution towards Viksit Bharat 2047

Sharing his vision for Viksit Bharat 2047, PM Modi said he felt encouraged to see students of Classes 10 and 12 nurturing dreams of a developed India. Recalling how Singapore transformed from a fishermen’s village into a developed nation, he urged students to adopt responsible habits followed in developed countries such as switching off vehicle engines at red lights, avoiding food wastage, and using resources carefully. He said small changes in daily behaviour can collectively help India achieve its goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047.

The first episode was aired on February 6 in which PM Modi spoke about exams, stress and how to stay focused. He also advised students to develop gaming or any hobby as a skill. He primarily asked students to prepare and plan for the board exams rather than shifting the entire focus on entrance exams.
