Once a niche K-beauty secret, toner pads have become a viral skincare shortcut for those seeking a swipe-and-glow finish with minimal effort. Now, Glow Recipe (the cult brand previously praised by Sienna Miller) has joined the craze with its own take on the trend.

The brand has released three targeted toner pads (£27, Sephora), each designed to tackle a specific skin concern: LHA and AHA Exfoliating Toner Pads, Vitamin C Brightening Toner Pads and PDRN+ Repair and Smooth Toner Pads. It's the latest launch from the skincare label behind the bestselling Watermelon Glow Niacinamide Hue Drops - the same product Sienna once revealed she uses to achieve a 'slightly bronzed glow'.

Designed for effortless results, the new pads are as low-maintenance as they come. To use, place a pad over an area of concern and leave it on for five to 15 minutes before sweeping it across the face and neck (avoiding the eye area).

Each formula has a distinct focus. The LHA and AHA exfoliating pads are designed for textured skin and breakouts, helping gently resurface and refine the skin. The vitamin C brightening pads are ideal for dull, tired-looking complexions in need of a radiance boost.

Meanwhile, the PDRN+ Repair and Smooth pads are designed for irritated, sensitive skin that needs soothing and barrier support. Importantly, all three are vegan- and cruelty-free - always a welcome detail.

As mentioned, toner pads are everywhere in the beauty world right now, and Medicube is a particularly popular choice. The products address multiple skin goals, fromintense hydration to brightening, and each tub retails for £22 at Boots.

Otherwise, Peter Thomas Roth Max Complexion Correction Pads (£38.50, Cult Beauty) have been praised for exfoliating skin. They also work hard to minimise the appearance of spots, blackheads and fine lines.

Back to Glow Recipe: the pads already have plenty of great feedback. AnExfoliating Toner Pad fan said: "My skin felt refreshed after using them, and the smell was a bonus.

"The size was great and covered problem areas well. Easy to use, stuck to my skin, and stayed until I wanted it to come off! My skin was glowing after just one use."

Meanwhile, someone who used the Brightening Toner Pads piped up: "After using this product, my under-eyes improved quite a bit.

"The formula wasn't harsh on my somewhat sensitive skin, it smelled good, and the pads stuck to my skin as I got ready until they were ready to come off! The size is great and covered what I needed it to."

However, they didn't impress everyone. This mixed review reads: "The solution is hydrating but the pads are thin and hard to get apart."

But another Glow Recipe devotee said: "They're really soft, very gentle, and just glide over the skin. The feeling is so nice and calming. They're well soaked, give the skin a light refresh, and don't leave it feeling dry. After a few days, my skin looked more even and fresh, with a healthy glow."
